4th of July!

Daisy got her hair cut right before the fourth and they put this adorable little scarf on her. She made me laugh because when I went to take a picture of her she started posing for the camera. I think she thinks she is a model. She probably posed in ten different ways all with her eyes right on the camera. I don't know why, but she loves having her picture taken.
Saturday night Addie rode up to the cabin with us. It melted our hearts when we looked in the back seat and saw her holding Daisy's paw. I wish we could have gotten a better shot of Addie, but as soon as they saw the camera both Addie and Daisy started posing for the camera.

We went up and watched the fireworks with the extended Moss family. It was lots of fun and the fireworks were of wonderful. I love the Fourth of July. It's so fun to have a gorgeous summer day to spend with family and remember how blessed we are to live in this country.

Graduation

We were so happy to have Michael's parents and my Mom come down for his graduation.
Michael outside the Tanner Business building where he pretty much lived for the last few years.

Mikey graduated last weekend with his Master's degree! We are both so excited and I am so proud of him!

Queen of the Hill

Daisy has a nightly routine where she will lay on the bed by the foot while we say our prayers. She usually tries to get us to play with her a bit before and after we pray but the other night instead of playing after prayer she just crawled across Michael's shoulders and laid on his back. She moved a little before I could grab the camera but she didn't easily give up her spot on Michael's back. Also she's just yawning in the second picture, but it makes me laugh because it looks like she is roaring.

New Year's Eve!!!!!!!!!!!!

This New Year's Eve, we hung out with the older people of this world. Clark and Eileen put on a neighborhood party and we kids (us, Jake & Alyssa, Jason) were the youngest ones there . It was required to wear an extravagant hat of sorts. Christine spent a bit of time working on her and Daisy's hats while I just threw on a fez my dad owned. Fun times.

Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, Christmas has come and gone. We're both a little sad at it's passing, but we had a fun holiday together. We had our own Christmas before we went up to our parent's house on Christmas Eve. It was fun to have Daisy help us open our presents.

This is our "Christmas Eve". We decided to open one present each. Daisy is helping me unwrap my new coat.

Christmas morning. We both have early-morning faces.

Daisy is all dressed and ready to dig in on her own presents.

Checkin' out the stocking.

One Year

Christine got me an awesome gift: "The Music of the Lord of the Rings Films" (Book) by Doug Adams. It's been entertaining me for a while now.
